Eran’s “Why Not Now?” came after he realized he hadn’t validated the idea for his first company properly, and had built a product that nobody wanted. He then decided to close the business. Rather than jumping straight in to starting something new, Eran knew he needed to take the time to learn the things he didn’t know, in order to be successful. That intentional path of learning led him to create Monday.com.
Eran talks through how to tell the difference between a bump in the road, and when it’s time to re-evaluate your idea.
