Emily Schromm is a personal trainer, entrepreneur and inventor. Since participating in MTV’s Real World as a 20 year old, Emily, now 30, has founded five companies serving multiple industries.

In this episode Emily talks about psychotic ambition in entrepreneurship; what that means and transitioning into a healthier place. She also shares the hardest of part of entrepreneurship in her eyes, resilience through failure, tips on delegating, her approach to social media and leveraging your community to build out a team of like minded people who believe in the work they are doing.
