Kat Cole is the COO and President of Focus Brands, North America. After a string of career catapults at an early age working for Hooters, Kat dropped out of college as a 20 year old. Prior to her current role she was the Executive Vice President of Hooters & President of Cinnabon. In addition, she has since gone on to receive her MBA.
